• By commissioning me, you will receive the files to be used in vTuber Studio, I don't give the .cmo3(source file).

• The Rigged model that I provide you can't be sold or given away.

• You must sure that the artwork is finished, clean and properly separated by layers, otherwise the rigging process will be delayed.

• I need the artist contact in case the art needs to be modified.

• I can reject your order if I find myself unable to Rigg it or to fulfill your expectations; or if I feel uncomfortable with your order.

• It may take four (4) to five (5) weeks to complete and send your commission depending on the amount of detail/complexity (it may take longer depending on the circunstances!).

• Please consider I probably have other commissions before yours when calculating the delivery-time. Be patient!

• There is a priority list that depends on who commissioned first, if you want your commission to start and finish before others, you have to pay a 50% fee / 100% fee It depends on how fast you want your model to be finished. (Paying this fee speeds up the rigging process example:).
- 50% fee: 14 days
- 100% fee: 1 week or less

• I won't take any responsability for any missundertsanding or mistake that may happen if you don't read these Terms of Service. Ignorance of them doesn't exempt from compliance.

• If my commissions are closed you can reserve a place on the waiting list paying 50% of the total of your order after the deal is closed.

• Prices may increase over time. (Doesn't affect closed deals)

• I can modify my Terms of Service at any time, if I consider it's necessary.

• My time is as valuable as yours, please keep that in mind.

• Credit me as your "rigger" or "animator" in the bio on your social media and the bio/description/panels on your streaming/video plataform.

• If you debut, give me the corresponding credits in the debut.

• Don't claim the rig as your work.

Payment & refunds

• Only via paypal in USD.• I'll need your Paypal-email to send you an invoice, so you can make the payment.• After the payment and your order are confirmed, you can't ask for refunds.• If you have paid to be on the wait list but later you decide change to another rigger, I'll refund 75% of the amount paid if I haven't started working yet, remember; My time is as valuable as yours

Before work:

• After full payment is done, I'll start work.• I always review the PSD before starting work, if necessary I'll send the file to the artist to fix the art. the price could increase if the amount of details and/or complexity of the model is high• I'll notify you the progress or if there is any inconvenience.

• If your model's artist is on this list you will receive 3 additional free basic expressions.

• Prices may increase depending on the design! the price may increase depending on the complexity or the amount of details of the model.• EXTRA SIMPLE TOGGLE: (expressions that only uses brow, eye and mouth forms, no external parts) 15-20 USD.• EXTRA COMPLEX TOGGLE: (expressions that uses external parts EX. a shadow layer for a gloomy expression, hearts and a heart pupil, etc) 25-50 USD.• Extra outfit (Toggle): 70-150 USD Depends on the complexity.• Extra Hair (Toggle): 70-150 USD. Depends on the complexity.• Animations: 50-200 USD Depends on the complexity.• Extra Mouth: 50 USD.• Mouth X (Mouth horizontal movement - Only iOS): 50 USD.• Tongue out (iOS only): 100$ USD• Other type of toggle (anything else you want to turn on or off on the model): Variable price.
